I dont really have a main responsibility i tend often

1.What is my mentor’s name and job? (If I had more than 1, describe them both.)
My mentors name is Marcelo Rabuy, he us a self employed attorney , he works with mostly immigration cases but is now branching out into civil disputes, criminal cases and whatever else comes his way.

2.What is their typical day (or week) like?
From what ive noticed their really isn't a typical day at the office, a day can consist of debriefing files and client cases to going to court to do direct client representations ,their are days that are really chill and those days that the pace is hectic because of deadlines that have to be met, but one thing for-sure i learn something new everyday. 
3.How did they become interested in this field and what skills/education background did they need?
He became interested in the field in his youth it was something he had always wanted to do, he needed a 4 year bachelors degree and a law degree from USF .

Small bussiness; with my mentor being the only one working there
3.Where is my workplace located and what does it look like?

My work place is located in Newark California in a peofessional business building filled with many small firms.
4.How many people work there?
One person works at the firm I intern for .
5.What sorts of people does my workplace employ?
None my workplace is a private small firm with only one lawyer.
6.Do most of the people there have a 4-year college degree, 2-year college degree, or technical certificate?
Yes my mentor has a 4 year degree and a degree in law.
7.Who does my workplace serve
My work place serves people with immigration issues and small claims issues.
8.What are the strengths of my workplace?
The strength of my workplace is that its self-employed so all the decisions rest upon my mentor to pick his own cases and go about things alone.
9.What are the weaknesses of my workplace?
The weakness can also be a part of the strength in the sense that there is no one to help my mentor he is on his own when it comes to cases has to do his own background research and deliver in court.
